Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BitMatka ("the Service", "we", "us"), you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use BitMatka. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement.
• Participation in online games of chance with real-money payouts is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction that prohibits its use.

3. Account Registration

• You may register an account using either an email address with a password, or by signing in through Google.
• Password-based signups have their email address validated by a third-party verification service before the welcome email is sent. Addresses that fail verification are flagged and will not receive transactional emails.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Do not share your password or session with anyone.
• One account per person. We may detect and merge or refuse signups that originate from the same IP address as an existing account in order to prevent multi-account abuse.
• You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it current.

4. Provably Fair System

BitMatka uses public blockchain block hashes as the source of randomness for game outcomes. Depending on which game you play, the result is derived from:

• A Bitcoin block hash (~10 minute draws)
• A Litecoin block hash (~2.5 minute draws)
• An Ethereum block hash (~12 second draws)

The derivation method is the same on every chain: take the block hash, remove non-numeric characters (a–f), and use the last 6 digits split 3-2-1 to determine the Patti, Jodi, and Single. The full derivation is documented on our Provably Fair page and can be verified by anyone using public block explorers. Neither BitMatka nor any third party can influence, predict, or alter a block hash before it is mined.

5. Bets and Payouts

• Bets are placed in Indian rupees (INR).
• Bets are final once submitted and accepted by the system; once the corresponding block is mined on the selected chain, the outcome is settled automatically.
• Payout multipliers — ×9 for Single, ×90 for Jodi, ×900 for Patti — are fixed and shown on the Provably Fair page.
• BitMatka reserves the right to void bets placed in error, due to system bugs, or in violation of these Terms, and to reverse the corresponding balance changes.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via UPI, in Indian rupees, through a third-party Indian payment provider. Processing times, KYC requirements, and limits are subject to that provider's terms. BitMatka is not responsible for delays caused by congestion or temporary outages of the UPI rail. Withdrawal requests are processed as soon as practically possible after the requested amount becomes available and any anti-fraud checks pass.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviour of the platform to gain an advantage. You agree to disclose any such issue privately to [email protected] rather than exploit it.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Service in ways not intended for human users.
• Create multiple accounts, circumvent our anti-fraud measures (including same-IP and device-fingerprint checks), or use the referral system in self-referential / collusive ways.
• Use the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gaming with real-money payouts is prohibited.

8. Referrals

BitMatka may offer a referral programme. Referral rewards, if any, are credited only on genuine third-party signups and may be voided if abuse is detected. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts sharing IP, payment instrument, or device fingerprint do not qualify.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitMatka and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including losses from betting outcomes, blockchain network congestion, third-party payment processor failures, or unauthorised account access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail anti-fraud checks, or that we believe pose risk to BitMatka or its users, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Pending balances on suspended accounts may be reviewed before release; confirmed fraudulent balances may be forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved by good-faith communication with our support team. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
